Pricing & Estimates
We provide an initial estimate based on the size, condition, and scope of your home. Because every home is unique, final pricing reflects the actual time required, the level of detail needed, and any additional requests made during the service. We are always transparent about pricing before we begin.
Yes. For larger or more detailed projects, we may recommend splitting the work across multiple visits to maintain our quality standards. We will always communicate this upfront and work with you to build a plan that fits your schedule and goals.
Payment is due upon completion of your cleaning service unless a separate arrangement has been made in advance.
Scheduling
No. You do not need to be home while we clean. Many of our clients provide access instructions and go about their day. Our team is fully insured and committed to handling your home with care and respect.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made within 48 to 72 hours are subject to availability. We appreciate your consideration for our team's time.
Service length depends on the size, condition, and scope of your home. We will provide you with an estimated time window when you book. Arrival times may vary slightly, and we appreciate your flexibility.
Preparing for Your Service
To help us deliver the best possible results, we recommend lightly picking up personal items and clutter and providing clear access instructions. This allows our team to focus on detailed cleaning rather than organizing, so every minute goes toward the quality of your clean.
Specialty Services
Yes. We have experience cleaning homes affected by rodent activity. These projects are handled with additional protective measures, specialized products, and a more detailed process to ensure the space is thoroughly and safely restored to a healthy condition.
Yes, furniture moving can be accommodated when arranged in advance. This is handled by a designated team and is not included in standard visits. Additional fees may apply. Please let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly.
